In 2025, his daughter Grace Kelly joined the team, bringing a fresh perspective and a Masters in Hospitality Management, specialising in Food & Beverage. Together, they continue to shape Kelly’s Café, combining tradition with innovation while maintaining the warm, welcoming experience it’s known for.
